BM conveyors use the fully balanced system. The upper and lower troughs are coupled together by springs, and mounted at the central point of the coupling on a fixed frame. Both troughs are vibrated by means of motor-driven eccentric crank action and spring-generated resonant vibration.
Balanced conveyors are designed to prevent environmental vibration by the use of a simple structure to prevent vibration from being transmitted to the floor.
An effective balance of trough and counterweight neutralizes vibration, and the equipment is also mounted on vibration-damping springs, minimizing the degree of vibration transmitted to the floor or base.
RV conveyors have rotary RV rotary vibrator mounted directly on the side of the trough to generate a forced vibration. The vibration is generated by the motor-driven rotating action of unbalanced weights in the rotary vibrator, and is transmitted directly to the trough.
